7:30 AM  Buses can begin to drop students off at Broyhill Music Center on Rivers Street.

• No need to be in uniform for this rehearsal.

• Bring instruments, music, and any other equipment. Leave cases on your bus or buses.

8:30 AM  Check-In begins in Kidd-Brewer Stadium through the North East Gate.

8:45 AM  All guard and dance teams report to the North Endzone to begin working on routines.

9:00 AM  All winds and drumline report to their respective sections with the Marching Mountaineers for warm-up and review of Band Day charts.

9:30 AM  Set the Band Day Drill Set & Run the Show.

10:00 AM Marching Mountaineers rehearse pregame show. Visiting bands invited to watch rehearsal from the home stands.

10:30 AM  Rehearsal Concludes!  Use this time to get something to eat, explore campus, etc.

12:15 PM Mountaineer Walk at the SE corner of Rivers and Stadium.

1:00 AM  Drumline Public Warm-Up on Broyhill Lawn. Free and open to the public.

1:15 PM Marching Mountaineers report to Broyhill Lawn for uniform inspection.

• Visiting bands should plan to have your students in uniform at this time.

1:30 PM Broyhill Lawn Performance between BMC and WH.

2:00 PM Meet behind Wey Hall for the Mass Parade of Bands March to the Stadium

2:20 PM Mass Parade of Bands to the stadium.

• All bands will enter through the NE Gates.

• Visiting HS bands will immediately go to sections 108 and 109 upon entering the stadium.

2:30 PM All band report to seats in the stadium. Stadium staff will assist you.

3:11 PM Pregame performance by the Marching Mountaineers.

3:30 PM Kickoff between Appalachian State and Morgan State.

HALFTIME Official Band Day Performance with the Marching Mountaineers and all Visiting Bands.

At the conclusion of the game, please remain in the stands for the Marching Mountaineers traditional Post-Game Performance.

After the Post-Game Performance, please exit the stadium by going onto the field, then exiting through the NE Gate.
